  • Pro-Cert obtains recognition as a Registered Overseas Certification Body (ROCB) by the Japan Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.  Click here for more details.
  • The First Standards Interpretation Committee Questions and Answers Regarding the Canadian National Standards for Organic Agriculture is now available for review.  Please click on the following documents.   • The USDA issues final rule on Organic Access to Pasture.  The final rule becomes effective on June 17, 2010.  Operations which are already certified organic will have one year to implement the provisions.   • The Canadian Organic Standards (CAN/CGSB-32.310-2006 and CAN/CGSB-32.311-2006) are now available free of charge.  Click here to obtain a copy. 
  • Korea Extends Implementation of Organic Processed Foods Regulation to December 31, 2010. Click here for more details.  
  • The New Pro-Cert Organic logo is now available for use on product labels claiming organic status.  Furthermore, the Canadian Organic logo is also available for products in compliance with the Canadian Organic Products Regulations.  Please email Pro-Cert if you wish to obtain a jpg or eps version of the Pro-Cert logo and/or the Canadian Organic logo.
